Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://247barbershopct.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Services. 24/7 Barbershop provides Men's Haircuts, Men's Grooming, Women's Hair Cuts, Hot Towel Shaves, Razor Shaves and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by 24/7 Barbershop or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. 24/7 Barbershop may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. 24/7 Barbershop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will 24/7 Barbershop's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify 24/7 Barbershop from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. CT law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CT, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. 24/7 Barbershop may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
